Buddha Gone Wild?

Last night in my dream I'm reading a book describing a meditative technique being taught to men in a prison.  Outside the prison at the bottom of the stairs is a gargoyle; when they get released, that is the first thing they see in the outside world.  Having been primed by the meditation, they see it as "Buddha Gone Wild," and sometimes it shocks them into Awakening.
